The last two years have been the roughest years health wise...
But I'm doing a lot better...
I drink less water, coffee, beer, well everything...
I eat healthier and less...
I am doing more..

Saturday... I bought me a shovel... one them real shovels...
official farm brand pooper scooper... flat blade... for really gettin the job done... well I got my son to help me and we dug out the store room and made a path to the old van so I could crank it up...
Old blue been just sittin there three months no body started it or even patted it on the bumper... so i did... it cranked and I got to thinkin this way too much work SO...
I go get the Snow Blower they keep in the manors storage shed... all belongs to the same housing athority... and this snow is like 18 inches to three feet deep in some places... and that big old snow blower got power wheels... yepp buch of forward gears and two backup gears.. Fancy if ya fall down kill switch, and well
My son he wanted to take it away from me rat off the bat... but hey Dude... I wanna play with it tooo.... so I made the boy back one of the old vans outta the drive that be V-ger the one the runs reall good... I back up old blue... Ya know it's gonna cost me 75 dollars for tags this year per van...
Any way I made like a crazy old fart with that snow blower draggin my big hinny up the drive... my son he's constantly tell me I'm gonna be sorry... yepp he's rite but I get to play first... okay boy see how i did that....
YOUR turn... yepp... he never even smelled a snow blower before but he took off like a real trooper... did the whole dang drive way... and part of the side walk out front the house now that's some deep snow out front... nothin less thatn 24 inches deep... so I wasn't suprised my son DJ said ... I've had a nuff this here stuff... Bye dad I'm gonna go in the house...
Well It's still warm.. so hey I'm gonna do the sidewalk.. and I did all of it from my side to the neighbors side.. and it was a real work out.. my back kick my butt all day sunday and it aint even forgivin today.. but ya know I like it... I did something... it was a heat wave saturday and sunday of 40 degrees.. no wind... real nice outside... and I was out in it...
Yeah... heck I even got a load of dishes done last nite, so I'm feel rather proud of myself....
Just thought it'd be nice not to complain and whine all thetime lol
Sorry I aint been able to read all ya'lls journal and comment... I got two pages of friends and well I'm find it hard to keep up lol... so ifin ya readin this... I'm still thinkin about ya... lots of blessing

Hi Russ...I\'m so proud of you and Doyle, it was really nice out this weekend and I bet it felt good to get out even if it did kick your butt. I to went and shoveled and now I cant life my right arm, will be glad when it gets fixed. I bet it felt good to do something with Doyle and teach him something along with it. Just think in three more months it might be really nice out and no more snow. I\'m so proud of you trying to lose weight, its not easy and food looks so good, I know I\'m in the same boat as you, I want to lose 75 pounds this year then I will work on the rest of it. You take care and dont do to much becasue then you hurt yourself and dont get anywhere then. You take care and will talk to you soon.Lots of hugs
