Well my scales are workin again... I was down to 406 lbs... yesterday... anything over 410 and it just registers Er... Me my goal is 250 by this summer... and to try to get the doctors to reduce my meds by half... I've gotten great lab test and checkups on half what I'm taking now...
So now it's Christmas Day... gonna fiddle in the Kitchen and start the old Turkey round 8 am it's only 8 pounds and thawed out so all I have left is to make some Dressing and mash them taters.. buttermilk biscuits, and gravy...Green bean cassarole... MMMM... Yummy....
Oh yeah gonna play my final fanasty XII game... and just relax today...
