Well I don't mean to be such a cry-baby.... but I feel ruffer than a cowpaddy in a buffalo herd... for sure... I woke up this moanin only way to feel better is to die... aint life grand...

so i fumbled around and found some asprin... I can't believe my Motrin just up and walked off like that... gee only had four left... I hurt so bad .... maybe couple these HYDROCO/APAP 5-500M thingys will help... it says take two at bedtime as needed... well gee bedtime is over...

It was bad even my doggy didn't get a good nite sleep.. neew bed aint helpin nonsomeatall eater... jeez...

Well I best wait till I get my son up for school before takin this stuff cause it makes me sleepy, and I aint had any restful sleep last nite... dang i felt okay when i went to bed...must of pissed of the little evil dork weed in my head... I just think I hurt more... yeah that its it's all in my head...neck... shoulders... right arm... this in minium pain...

This is a nasty moanin way off the pain scale, I really wanna scream...cry and just well,

some days are harder battles that others.. some times I win, but those or just battles not the war...

I'm not worthy to stand in the same light as some who's pain is far more terrible than mine... i feel weak beause i give in to the relentless never ending.... awe you chronic pain suffers know what I mean...

I just over did it shoppin, and walkin, trying to shake off these holiday pounds... dang disc in my neck are inflamed, but hey I don't know the difference between muscle ache and joint pain... just ask the last rummy I saw...

and shit don't stink either...
