IT's THANKSGIVING DAY....

Now this day make a lot of sense to me... a day set aside for us to be aware of all the wonderful things we have.

We toss out that wonderful spread of food, of different varity... turkey, hams, yams, sweetpotatoes, and green bean cassaroles... mashed potatoes and gravy, yummy dressing..rolls, and pies and the whole dang house is filled with food and the wonderful feeling of family... and friends...

Now this is what Thanksgiving is about.. family friends and shareing a day just to express that feeling of being thankful for all we have and most of all One Another...

That's why ya invited over for the Turkey ya know, cause someone is thankful you part of their lifes... ya brother sister, mom and dad or aunt and uncle,... maybe just ya neighbor, or a friend... it's all about having those we care about together to say we are thankful you are here...

To Doug, and all those responsible for Dailystrength... Thank YOU, for inviting us here daily to share, friendship and support....

Now I'm gonna go bake them rolls, and get ready to share a day with my son and his wife... I'll be thinkin about my other children as well, hoping they are enjoying a wonderful day today them selves...

I might blow off my diet and have a small piece of that rocky road cream cake I bought lol.... just might....
