Thats fine russ I understand boy do I ever.Take as long as you need to regroup we all need it sometimes.Yesterday was my day I felt abandonded and all alone.Was battling some negative thoughts and then my sister called to lift me up.She said I was laying heavy on her heart and that she felt a need to call me.
I feel a need to tell you that there will be better days.I hurt in my body too its veryyyy discouraging some days I feel that there will be on end.This weather change has been a monster with my joints this year.
We have some days that are good and pleasant to enjoy.Dont let life get you down fight back and come back swinging.
