Ya probably noticed I be trying to bring a grin to ya face lately... Well I thought it might be a welcome relief from my whinnin, and moanin...
I'm writin this journal because I'm a tad bit worried about my skin.... Yepp... my skin... see I take certain this and that for high blood pressure... and now they complain it's a shade low... ok why not cut some the meds in half or something but nooooooooo.... she don't wanna interain that idea.... if anything they wanna raise em... Cholestrol too low, more meds... Come ON!!!
You don't have to be a rocket scientist here... just basic math get you thru....
any how... my skin. be gettin dry, and scaly like a fish.... first this problem started with my feet and ankles... so I blame it on edema... cause the hair stop growin on my feet and just above my ankles... well heck at first all the way up to my knees... and my skin was dry and would peel off in great quanties of yucky stuff when I bath... I do that once a mo whether i need one of Not....
okay I'm teasin... just don't get down wind...

So anyways... my arms are startin to get dry and scaly...and i get these little bumps of dry skin that bugg the heck out of me... and I tried the baby oil...(aint fun playin in the baby oil alone)
I tried some them fancy skin lotions too. this has helped, but I don't care for the number of times a guy ask me for a date... eeewwweee...
Okay I tried Axe and that other stuff, I swear the next time a guy ask me out... I'm gonna go home a smear axle grease and gas on me lol...
then I probably get hit by a car..... lol... I'm too funny
My arms are doing a lot better since i got one of my meds cut back. that being the Dovain... my face ain't breakin out no more...
But I'm still worried... cause I see this same problem in some of my friends that take this medicine... and I'm no doctor how do I tell em what i think...
I've reduced the amount of medicine i take to just six different prescriptions... I've them in half and taken em for months and my blood test came back wonderful... one doctor told me I was his most improved patient... A+...cool...
But some other doc. aint impressed and want to raise the amount of meds I take... so I tell em what i did....
Chit hit the fan... awwwwweeeeee man... hey
So i promise to be a good little boy and take my medicine.... but I'm still defiant... I think they wrong... and I see folks suffer because of this oversight or lack of intrest in the patients... you tell me...
I'm gonna research the meds I'm now takin... I'm also gonna try to find out if there is some eway to reverse this heart failure thing they say i have...
I'm I crazy or what...

Try putting baking soda in your bath water, you\'d be amazed how it wil help your skin! As for the big man, I\'ll worry if I want to.....What happened with the lady friend??? You haven\'t mentioned her lately. Hang in ther Russ, I\'m not much but at least I\'m thinking of you and hoping your day will improve. Love, Dale

I\'m hopin it turns into a wonderful friendship to say the least.. but I\'m takin it slow... she\'s okay with that... she has PTSD and other problems so she know what I\'m going thru... i think she likes me lol... don\'t worry too much about fatman lol.. Hey ya russ you have a remarkable way of being amusing mosy of the time.I always enjoy reading your journals.
I take Diovan twice a day for my bp and have been for years.Havent ever had a skin problem.But your may be a from a mixture of meds that you take.Or could be something you are eating.Its hard to pin point something like that.
Wished I had an answer for you on that.But if it was me I would do some computer research.See if you can find out what your problem might be and what other people are doing to cure it.
Russ sometimes my bp runs low like this evening its low.When its like that I do not take my regular scheduled bp meds.Its very dangerous to take more bp meds when your pressure is low WOW dont need to stop breathing there.
Be carefull and just take readings and when it starts back up then go ahead and take your regular bp medicine.
I dont cut my dose but I also do not take mine when its low I wait...
