This is to say I tried to do one of those forward thingys in da mail... I messed up on the first one tried to delete it. It sent anyway I redid it and sent it again.
SO SORRY....
I think it's best if i leave these things to ones that know how to deal with a computer...
So in the future I will refrain from chain mail.... It is ill advise any way according to Doug. lol.... but I love ya ... aint like I didn't try.
Here's what it should of read
my name is Russell....
These things are like pop quizzes....
doctors office give me pop quizzes...
Watz ya address?... uh home!
Watz ya birtday?.... uh long time ago why?
Wats ya phone number.... uh look in the phone book.... geeesh
So if you recieve two thingys, and the first one say my name is heather, she probably aint gonna agree with me...
seems like i miss all the questions till where was ya born... somewhere in Mississippi Oh yeah Vicksburg... hey I'm almost that bad....
Okay since I'm buring daylite on this puter, I did a good supper last nite, being lazy like I am, and since bell peckers and onions on sale this week, dang those tomatoes are high.... can diced with roasted garlic and onion will do fine...
I defrosted a pound of ground turkey meat... Ya wanna stretch that ground meat a little just add some veggie protein to the mix...
So I fried this ground turkey up with a bunch of chopped onions and bell peckers... (Peppers) I like those more sliced than diced, either way taste the same... so just fry those up with some Fajita seasoning, add this to suit ya tast... toss in a can of or couple sliced or diced tomatoes and cook till the onion and bell peckers or like you like em... I suggest the meat be done myself... any how little grandnolia oil and water and simmer till it's done, some flour torilla shells and man those were good, cheep, easy and fast lol.... that's me...
Now can ya tell me how to get a dish washer to load it's self???
Oh I see ya have this problem ya self eh?....
Wanna spice up that spagettee sause, add a bout a quarter pound of breakfast sausage to the hamburger, that's if ya like meaty sause...
ground turkey makes good pasta, cheeper than tuna here lol...
I got to tell ya that Fajita seasoning makes a good Brisket rubb too... well heck no need to rubb, just grabb a good size brisket outta the meat dept. one that the gran runs mostly the same way, and make sure it's limp... (don't fret this part too much) any who's take it home wash it, trim some of the fat off, not all, most of it or wait till it's done... fat makes of good doggy food mixed with the dry stuff, also when ya bake this brisket in the oven, You wanna to use a deep pan that you can add water too...
Okay lets see if i did this right..
Pick it...
Wash it.. trim optional at this time...
deep large pan and season with fajita seasoning, Several different brand in the south specally Texas...
Lots of seasoning ..... More.... so don't stop yet... what too much okay stop now...
add water to pan, almost to the top but not too much you don't want it to slosh lol... smells good burning but hell to clean up....
cover with foil, and bake in the oven 395 to 400 till ya meat thingy says it done, or better yet till it starts falling apart... keep the water up....
Oh those juices make the best beef gravie ya ever smacked ya lipps on. and if ya adventureous, bean cooked in brisket juice are mo better too... piece that fat instead of pork rein... salt pork wat ever ya call it...
This takes a few hours so you can relax, clean house, mow the grass, take a napp... laundary... Okay relaxx...
You can toss in some tators last hour they sure are yummy with brisket gravy or juice...
If ins ya got a meat slicer like I do... you can make awesome brisket sandwiches, and unless ya feedin an army it'll last all week, lol.. well maybe... depends on ya will power... (I don't got no will power) lol...
I made myself hungry lol... guess I'll go talk to that dish washer... mean old lazy thang, leaks sometimes too cause my kitchen floor aint eggzackly lever.. wat the hey it's a rental...
best wishe again... forgive me for the chain mail... sorry... Russ
