We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Consitiution For the United States of America.

My little book of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATE. Has only 26 amendments last one being the right to Vote at 18 years of age in 1971...

My favorite Amendment XIV (1868) some tried to vote it out over the years, but to my knowledge it still stands in the consititution.. it reads

Section 1. All peroson born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction therof, are citizensof the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of the citiizens of the United State; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

So why did I write this; cause our federal government, senate or who ever writes the rules and regulations for Human Resourses violate our constitution rights to own property, such as autos, and saving accounts well at least a car is property... to make short of it where is the due process. Who was takin to court and stood trial with a jury of their peers.(twelve folks in the same boat sort of speak) I haven't hear of one...
Why do American Citizens have to take the back seat while others get the full amount the law allows because they can file descrimanation suits, Certain American Citizens can't, just plain dang sad, WE [pay] the taxes, keep our noses to the grind stone, and when we in need, we are like.

I was totally told in Texas I couldn't file discrimanation because I was white... Not to mention only reason I was appling for some food stamps was I couldn't find a job cause the places I applied needed mor minority workers... so the white boy eats dirt.... afirmative action for ya, just keeps the hard feelings stirred up... I think everyone should get the same equal chances... but hey guess that's just me...

You know almost everyone has a phone, Ya oughtta bee able to dail one number and vote for who ya want that way, and their oughtta be a non interested monitor to make sure no one vote is counted more than once. and stick those electrol votes up ya yaya... one vote give the people a real choice not picked by a party... send the lobbist home, and raise the taxes give up back some police and firefighter, more shools and better government...

Bring our men home and use em to rebuild America, build homes for the homeless and create more jobs so more people can live the american dream of owning a home, and most of all, quit blowin smoke up our butts... Tell the insurance companies you can't charge that much got to be affordable for minuimwage, build the tanks and planes and cars we need here at home Put America back to work on a 40 hour work week and close shop on the weekends so familys can spend time together...cater to the married instead to the broken homes give folks a reason to work it out not walk away... You dads you make em you pay for em... same for the moms too... equal for men and women...

God Blessed America, now it's time to show that we really wanna make it work...

I love this country, but I hate the way it's gettin run down, time to repaint the sutters and gussey her up a little, We need to clean up our own backyard before we can lead the rest of the world... nuff said
