Well after another bad fur day... Oh Moanin... friends...these three little dots represent the pause between brain farts...I finally got my dishes washed yesterday evening... sat on my walker, signin standing on the promises... seemed to help had that song stuck in my head...I'm real disappointed in myself this moanin... It's one of those days when I wash my face, i have to look in the mirror... I don't much care for what I see... guess I thought I'd be goodlookin for ever lol... awe i aint bad looking... just hard to please... Ya know It be so easy to turn this thing off, walk away, and hide in my room... couple more days of this and I'm gonna blow a fuse, what do that mean, I have no idea... My dad had some records of justin wilson and buddy fletcher, tellin all these cajun jokes...one was about super chargeing a camel with three days extra supplies of water... Oh yeah I laughted till I cried... specially when he said "don't that hurt?...not unless you get your fingers caught between dem bricks" was the reply... i kinda feel like I've been caught between dem bricks... Well I'm gonna try and cut that bolt off my van today... just hope I don't start a fire... I hate working around gasoline... Once when I was 16 we had this big pill of tree limbs and leaves that needed to be burned... so I waited till early morning when the drew was heaavy on the groung as to prevent any grass firres from getting out of control... I doused the pile of trimmings with gas, stood back and tossed a match into the mixture... nuttin happen... I waitted a minute, cause ya know gas goes swooooshhhhh... nuttin happen still.... so being 16 and knowing everything in life you need to know I decided to part those wet leave and try for some drier ones... well I walked up to that pile (spelled it pill once already) and i took my hands and spred the wet leaves apart.... SWOOOOOSSSSHHHHHH... darn pile exploded in my face... the whole dam pile actually lifted off the ground about a couple of inches and the flames hit me right in the face... I ran over and stuck my head in the watering tub we had used to water my horse... man that was so dumb... my whole life been like that, bad decisions, and the good lord protecting me from serious harm... all I lost was my eyebrows and a little skin off my nose... I'm gonna go now, I'm feeling kinda loss this moanin... might have to do a walkabout to find myself... russ

I guess we all did crazy things when we were 16. I know that fire blowing in your face had to be painful. When I was 16, I was stupid enough to light a fire cracker and just hold it in my hand until it blew up. I just wanted to see what would happen. Now that hurt, and my ears were ringing for about an hour afterwards. Oh well, we live and learn. Have a great day.
Good Morning, Russ...........:)
All of us have made bad decisions in Life......That\'s part of Living.....we can\'t keep blaming, though........we have to get RID of those feelings and move forward........it\'s not so easy, it is???? That is why we are here on DS........to support each other and, hopefully, help us to move forward and live this \"Gift\" of Life in the Best Way we can........
Hope you feel better.........
Linda :)
Hey Russ,
Gosh don\'t be so hard on yourself my friend! Like you said you could easily walk away from here and go hide and you choose not too and that is GREAT! So give yourself credit for the good that you are and do! I don\'t think anyone likes what they see when they look in the mirror. As for doing crazy things and bad desicions....if we didn\'t have those how would we learn? We learn and move on. Live and learn as they say.
I had an experience myself with something going poofffffff, went to light my gas grill will one of those lighters and well boy was I not so bright to turn the gas on first and when I went to light it WOW what a sound and site that I will never forget!! Burnt my bangs all up and my arm hairs and can\'t remember what else....scary!!! Well I was lucky and learnt my lesson and won\'t even touch a gas grill again lol You are a wonderful giving friend and I hope one day you see what a wonderful person you are and the gift you are to others. Take care of you and I hope your day has gotten a little brighter!! Hugs, Michelle
