Had a rough couple of hours after the gym last night. Finished at the gym about 5:30 and went home and got ready to go out and watch a game of scocer. About 7 I had a few PVC's then once we got into the stadium it was on and off in about 10 second bursts for maybe an hour or so. 2 things of note were that I had a small bottle of coke with my dinner at 7 and I also forgot to take my meds at 6pm like I usually do. I wish that i could say they were definitely the reasons this happened but like always it is just guess work.I kept my heart rate at about 120-130 BPM again for the 60 minute workout. I will try that again tonight and see if that has any effect. On the upside I feel really good today.

sorry to hear about that, I guess it`s part of the deal though. the mornings are the worst for me, wake up with the jitters for a few hrs. If I am in normal rythym to start with it usually stays that way, otherwisi it is a full day of af, several hrs. of relaxing and it goes back to normal. my energy is low however. like you ,I`m still trying to find the trigger. Have a good weekend.
By the way, what does your screen name represent?

Hey Brad,
It comes from a t/shirt I owned a long long time ago. I then used it as my first email address and it has stuck for nearly 10 years. But when I signed up here it seemed pretty appropriate.

Interesting, mine represents a name someone called me long tine ago, I am a nissan tech and very loyal to the brand, hence bradnissan. I called the chinese office and they didn`t speak english good enough to understand what I wanted. I will dig a little deeper on that. We`re having a major heatwave here and working in an outdoor shop really put me to the test, faded pretty badly in the afternoon shortly after taking the flec. no AF, bur kind of felt like it. We are having a huge wildfire here, smoky and sooty, I`ll try to send a pic
