Had an episode from about 9:30am until 1pm yesterday.Nothing ferocious very subdued but always there. After that probably had about 30 mins spread over the rest of the day with little blips here and there.Went to the gym last night and did 30 minutes on a stationar bike. Felt good and was easy to keep my BPM between 120-130.Might head to the gym tomorrow as well to keep the exercise up.

Way to go at the gym! That always is a confidence booster. Do you have a monitor on to record events? I seem to have sudden surges of energy at 2 or 3 am, brain wants to sleep, body revved up. Doc says to record them for review.
I have a heart rate watch so that helps me stay in the zone I want to be in.
So does it wake you up? Is it something to do with your heart?
Yes, I am wide awake and jittery as can be. Haven`t cheched rate, but waiting to see doc regarding the adrenal thing and possibly an event mnitor,I`ve had exaustive bloodwork and scans done and they all are spot on perfect. The anxiety is most likely self induced, again xanax seems to be the most effective, I work in a busy auto repair shop, which is very stressful, so I am running around from the word go. I have definitely lost my endurance however. I`m trying to get my confidence back, but I scare myself if try too hard. Have a great weekend, sat 8 pm as I write this
