Having had a dyslexia assessment, it appears I have that as well. I always knew I had a problem, but what is it about a diagnosis that seems to make things appear different? smiley-frown.gif

It is kinda like and engagement. It doesn\'t become reality until you hit the alter and say I DO. lol

Really, then you have to face the reality that you do have a condition to deal with. What I have learned is do not let it effect you to the point that it runs your life. Example: just because you are diagnosed with depression doesn\'t mean you will never have a happy moment in your life and will become sad to the point of suicide. Remember most conditions have different levels and what they tell you out of a definition may not pertain to you and the level you are. I remember onece in an art class saying I think I have some kind of dislexia because I got the spelling wrong on one of the formulas for a glaze. An older student who had serious dislexia problems laughed and said you would be surprised the differet types of dixlexia come up all the time. I was always amazed how she was one of the best glaze mixers there knowing she was dixlexic. She found ways around it and always amazed me with her skills. So the research you need but don\'t let it overwelm you. Good Luck my friend. I will tell you about a painter I new who was color blind sometime....... Your smart, well written, and a good person at heart.
