I'm at peace with myself, the world and our disease. I hope the peace of God will guard everyone's hearts and minds here and gives everyone hope for the future as He has so graciously done mine. Or, I hope you all have peace inside however you get it, even if you get it from beans. Cap'n says worry makes hep c worse. I agree.

Cap\'n is right about worry and stress making hcv worse. In Chinese medicine, the liver is represented by a dragon and is said to store anger. Worry and anger will only make the liver work harder than it already has to. We all need to heed ur advice and find the inner peace.
