26 today and I feel depressed, how pathetic is that.
Going to see the dr this morning and get some anti deps, I really dont want to take them, but i would rather that then feel like i do now!

Don\'t worry about taking anti deps, they are wonderful at helping you deal with your moods, please don\'t avoid them i know how you feel i didn\'t want to go on them, but my life would have ended. Take care birthday boy xx I am here if you need to talk xx xx xx
