Still sober

Just a general update on me,myself, and all the little snickering shameful, self-attacking demons that dance through my head on a daily frolic....yeah....
Since I chose to change my coping behaviors....by eliminating alcohol, my mind is clearing up..Yeah, old guilt and shame still sit at the table with me sometimes....But...
I acknowledge them, accept them, and just ask for self patience....
time heals all.
