I did it!

I actually took a shower.  A nice shower.  I dried my hair.  I even put on full make up!  Got dressed and went to my therapist appt.  She wanted to see me Thursday too, and bring husband.  Hopefully, she won't scare him too much, but at the same time, I want him to understand what I am going through.  I want to apeace him as well. Noticed that my pain management doctor's appt is not until tomorrow.
