100 Days
Woooo Hoooo I made it 100 days not smoking. I never thought that I would make it for 2 hours let alone 100 days. I have noticed that I don't cough til I throw up anymore and that I can do more things. I actually look forward to shopping sometimes because I know I won't get so worn out. I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can start walking. I have always wanted to do that, but know that Just walking to the mailbox made me out of breath. Hubby is doing so much better. He got up and walked to the bathroom without his walker yesterday. He was pretty tired by the time he went to bed, and he fell right asleep. The doctor came today and he was impressed by the goal board I make for hubby. I have a dry erase board that I write goals and encouraging messages to him daily. My sister even mentioned it to me. She says that she has to read it every time she comes over, that it helps to inspire her also. I just thought it would be a cute thing to do. Thought for the day......You don't realize how far you have gotten til you look back.
