10 days gamble free. The urge still sneaks up but I have been able to stop it, with God s strength. One day at a time. Today I will not gamble.

Keep up the great work! It is hard road but we CAN do this. I\'m on day 13 again after falling down. I\'m picking myself and trying again. One day at a time. Sunnie
