10 days gamble free. I've been going to the gym a lot and taking classes...today I'm sore!! Need to keep busy..that's the key for me.

Congrats on being so proactive! You are doing wonderful things for yourself. Next Wednesday is Ash Wednesday. I love this time of year. I feel such a spiritual sense of renewal. Anything seems possible. Hugs, ~Estel
