I almost spilled a drink on someone today at a fast-food restaurant.  I should have mentioned to her that I was recently diagnosed with a nuero-musclular disorder and I am just getting used to the lack of muscle cotrol.  At least I did not spill it on her.  My great grandfather was diagnosed with MS back in the eighties and his house was right outside.
