I haven't been sleeping too well lately, since before I finished my outpatient group. I go to bed at about 9:30pm amd wake up around 4:15 am. Then I go to the gym ,either the muscle conditioning class or the biking class at 5:30am class. It makes me feel so much better when I come ghome and get my son ready for school I am able to handle all of his ADHD techniques and troubles trying to get himout the door to get to the bus on time... Exercise gives me much more patience!!!! Today I had a 2 hour break than I had to go meet my flight attendant friend who i haven't seen in ages to hike a mountain. That was good motivation, and I enjoyed visiting with her.
