I have just returned from a nice dinner that the National MS Society gave that was informative.  We got to make some suggestions of what we wish would happen.  A good topic was the idea of an MS clinic for specializing in this.  Only thing is, you cannot influence someone to go to school to specialize in this.  Example, my bother in law was looking to go to school for neuroscience, but he found out how often he would be away from his children and did not like the idea of that.
