Not happy with all this medicine  75mg of tomamax 3x a day, 100 mg of luxox and 5mg of saphis. Planning on trying a new pdoc. Too much med!! Need some releif!  I still walked the dog to the bus stop to get Sam from school today.  Had my Program this morning from 9-12. That was extremely helpful.  Ran some errans after that stopped by my therapists office to get the list of other pdocs that are covered under my insurance. Called all the ones she circled as good ones and they have long waiting lists sooo I made an an apt tomorrow to go back an see my old pdoc who has know me for over 4 years.
Helped Sam with his homework, went to an exercise biking class and came home and fixed dinner. Then I went to another bipolar meeting tonight, it was good.
It was a good productive day. Felt somewhat better today!
