1 year has passed
well it is old years eve, I am not 100% sure if today a year ago I went into complete Respiratory Crisis, or it it was already yesterday. I know I was in ICU on the first of January 2011 !
Well from there it was one heck of a ride for me and my family. we went through finding out I had MG (what the heck was that) - 5 days in ICU (intubated) a thymectomy, 1 month of hospitalization and many weeks of recovery at home.
It has been a long and difficult road, but we are stronger for it I believe, and we have a new year ahead of us with all new expectations. I ma grateful for all my blessings, that the Lord for giving me the strength at times whenI thought I could not, and for a fantastic wife and daughter that have been by my side and supported and helped all the way.
We are still getting used to the changes in our life, and still fight with the diseases bad days, but we are winning. The is hope, and ione needs to stay positive.
Hope we all have a great year, where MG is not the headlines in our lives.
