Massive trouble sleeping last night, I think it effected my entire day. I got my son to school on time, which was a miracle. Had a really lazy day, no energy at all, I almost wondered if I was coming down with a cold or something....but I think it probably was a combination of my depression and sleeplessness.
I had a few good days and want it to continue. Its such a rollercoaster sometimes. It can be frusterating. I mailed a letter today, that was an accomplishment.

It\'s very hard to have a day with full mental clarity and bodily comfort. When you get those, it seems as though the day gets away so quickly. It will change for the better, eventually. Have faith...
Yeah, I\'ve had days where mailing a letter would be just about more than I can bear!!!! I hope you\'re not coming down with anything and that you have a better night of it, tonight!!! (((((Hugs)))))
