1-18-2016 my first therapies vist

So today had my first Vist which was so amazing 100 percent confident in this program.  We talked about so many things got to see where it came from the  patterns or themes of my lies. We are going to meet once a week. I was completely honest with this guy. The future looks really bright.  There was alot to process so I'll have to think about it before I write down.  But I will let all out when I understand it more. Thanks for reading
