Name something you used to be able to do easily when you were younger but can no longer do now.

Put out all the outdoor Halloween
decorations. Lots of pumpkins, etc.
and up and down the basement stairs
several times just to get all the stuff upstairs.
I do it but barely.

Jump - I go to exercise classes and I can no longer jump. Too much pain in hip and feet. Oh well, have to modify what i do now

    Happy start of the week! Imbecile put away laundry and started purging my closet of summer clothes. I'm wearing a new sweater today. It's burnt orange with fall decor and it says just a girl who loved fall! I love it.  How are you today and what's your weather like? Cold and wet here.
