looks good...I had two ice cream bars for dinner so far....spoiling my dinner....but I really felt full and not hungry as Ozempic does that to me....drinking my soda fills me up....I will probably make a quick fried hamburger with provelone cheese on rye bread with German mustard....that sounds about all I can eat with how full I am feeling...

tonight dinner I have one pot pie in the freezer and I think that is going to be dinner...

I had bologna for lunch....with rye and without...I probably ate 8piece of bologna.....four pieces of bread....

I think I need to go to the basement and bring up the big 10lb bag of chicken breasts and open it and rebag them in 2 per bag to put in freezer again...thaw a couple for cook this weekend....I might just thaw whole chicken I have and do a beer can style BBQ of that....well could toss coin to choose? LOL
