I love sweet potatoes. But as a diabetic, I would have baked sweet potato
with no salt spice on it. Also love sweet potato fries. They aren't the best for me. But they sure taste good!

Tired I understand, but sometimes it's ok to treat ourselves,, have you heard of this tea called Cerasee? That might not be the correct spelling but it's an amazing root tea used for ppl with diabetes, my good friend of 30yrs mother was using insulin from the needle now she manages her diabetes with pills and tea.. look into it.

Sounds yummy. I love the yams the best.
