So I found out I'm having a bunch of guests at my house for Thanksgiving this year. Gonna cook a ton of food and desserts. And mostly by myself. Yay. Not.

I inherited a freezer from my aunt. Decided to stock it with deer meat I just got and some of the produce from the garden. Well the freezer went out and before it could be repaired, we had to eat or move or toss some of the stuff in there. So I lost the corn. It was good too and I wanted to show it off. So I bought some frozen corn from the store. And if anyone asks is this from the garden I'm gonna lie and say yes dammit! The people coming are lazy bastards and I wanna show off all my hard work and the harvest. This wouldn't have happened in the first place if I had a pressure canner.

Oh and to top it off I have ovo-pescatarian/vegetarians coming so I guess I'm gonna make extra stuff for them too idk. I wish I had more days off so I could start cooking a day or so ahead of time.

Why is my life always so much stress and work? I just wanna take a nap.
