Did anyone actually do anything for Easter yesterday? We didn't. Had a good dinner but not big traditional meal. I made bbq spare ribs, potato salad, and some asparagus grilled in bacon grease, lemon pepper, and parmesan.
It's the first time I can remember not having ham, mashed potatoes, red eye gravy, deviled eggs, baked Mac and cheese, etc and desserts. I'm kinda glad I didn't have to cook all that or eat all that lol. Plus no candy or desserts is healthier too.

I passed on my sister offering me a dinner of ham....I did not want to expose them as I might have been exposed....but now I ran into the friend who was exposed today at the gas station as she is off quarantine now...

Kind of the Easter that wasn't. I felt like a tuna fish sandwich, and so that's what I had. Fixed a sliced egg sandwich later. Had trouble getting bread for a couple of weeks, which may explain why. Hugs.
