My Birthday dinner

Well the 8th was my birthday but I didn't really want to do anything in fact there wasn't very much to do so  yesterday I cooked my own dinner, On the menu Shrimp fried rice, cabbage, orange/pineapple glaze yams,  fried chicken wings.. it was delicious,,  but I'm still kinda salty because no one even offered. Watch how they come thinking I'm cooking for the Holidays..lol

sorry you did need to spend time by self on birthday....sounds like a nice meal....I screwed up dinner last night for Bebe's birthday on 9th....I over salted the steaks by mistake......ugg....we had special mushrooms too and those too were too salted.....my cooking skills sort of got lost yesterday.....oh well the steaks were cooked on a cast iron pan....

I've spent birthdays alone and sometimes still feel resentful about it...I'm glad you made the day nice for yourself though and shared your dinner here with us :)
