Tonight I made fragrant bismati rice, coconut fried chicken, fried red potatoes and onions in jalfrezi sauce, and creamed spinach. It was soooo good! I might add this one to the cookbook!

I do like that you made a nice meal but no idea what Jalfrezi sauce is....and I am not fan of creamed spinach but can eat non creamed spinach....

It tastes similar to spin dip bill. Simpsons, I decided not to bake curry squash for dessert because didn't want to heat up the house. Might try plaintains instead with the brown sugar and allspice.

Also bill, was not canned creamed spinach, which I agree is gross. This was frozen spinach and I made a basic bechamel (white sauce: butter, flour, milk) and added some onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and nutmeg.

That sounds amazing! Cooking is so great. It’s much more than meal preparation. There’s a passion and a release of emotion with it. Hope it was super delish.
