I thawed a bunch of boneless skinless chicken brst

I did want to use some of it to make a nice chicken salad. I thought I could air fry it or BBQ it or cook in oven... I have not decided quite yet which way to cook them. I think I have too many pieces to do them all at one time in the air fryer. I have a 9x13 baking dish or an 8x8 dish too. I am not sure if I should cook all at one time or in two different cooks? I would like to make some chicken salad. All I need for that is some celery I am pretty sure. I have a jar of miracle whip and some hard boiled eggs....I have an onion too that I could chop into the chicken salad too. I almost wish I had some walnuts to go into chicken salad too but not going to run out to buy that...too expensive. I have dill relish too....so I really just need some cooked chicken and celery if I want that in it for crunch. (Personally in chopped up tiny pieces I will eat celery otherwise will not touch the stuff)
I cannot think of anything else I need for chicken salad....just have to decide how to cook it...probably in air fryer. I have a spin type chicken shredder....makes it so easy to shred chicken breasts....

Happy October... it's all downhill from here....lol (Fair warning: some foul language in the last one, so if you're offended by cursing, maybe just skip past that one!) Happy Friday!

used the two smaller and one good sized in air fryer after drying them on paper towel and patting them with another paper towel. Then sprinkled some seasoned salt over them on both sides...
Now in air fryer with a meater wireless thermometer in the largest breast to give me the temps. right now the ambient temp is running near 400 which is highest setting on the air fryer. little below it but it circulates the air inside and it goes up and down as the heat element gets hot and settles ....
with the meater thermometer in it I will know exactly when the temp is done. it is set to go to 167 degrees and will tell me to pull it out of the air fryer before so that the residual heat continues to take it to the desired temp. I just had to go increase the cook time on air fryer as meater tells me how long it will take till chicken breasts are cooked. Nice feature of the wireless thermometer I have.
Decided to skip the YMCA today just focus on getting some food made. I have three more big breasts to BBQ maybe Sunday but cook before tues for sure,...
