Last night we had one of the freezer Dump Meals. We have been having really good luck just putting them in the electric skillet instead of the Crock-Pot. I had bought some hoagie rolls and toasted them under the broiler with a slice of Swiss cheese.
The meat part of the sandwich was the freezer Dump part. It was boneless skinless chicken breast, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon cubes (2), butter, and this garlic parmesan seasoning blend I bought. I had never thought to make French dip sandwiches with pulled chicken before.
My mom decided the sandwiches needed some other seasoning and a spoonful of cream cheese. I have no idea what she added but they turned out frickin delicious. Also she threw together some simple potato soup to go with it since it was so cold yesterday. Usually she doesn't cook.
I plan to keep doing these freezer meals every other Wednesday when I'm off, no need to do it every week. It really helps alot on time in the evenings and less stress, plus so far they have all been delicious. I bought some $1 two packs of aluminum pans with lids, like for casseroles. I have a ton of pasta. I think I will try to make some pasta bakes and casseroles and freeze them too. That will be even easier. Just take out of freezer, remove lid, and pop in the oven.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I couldnt pull those meals off like that.
