I finally decided today to take some advice and prep some recipes I found online. No cooking necessary, just dumped some stuff in freezer bags to be put in Crock-Pot later. Will see how they turned out later.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

What your main parts?
I made one bag of cilantro lime chicken tenders, and one shrimp. I added lime and orange juice, 1 can each Rotel, 1 can each sweet corn, 1 can black beans to the chicken, and one can hot chili beans to the shrimp. I also added 1 chicken bouillon cubes to each, and some garlic and cumin.
These will get thawed a bit in water then put in a Crock-Pot. I can either go home at lunch and do it or have mom or my fiance do it if they are home on nights I don't want to cook or get home late. These are designed to go with tortillas, lettuce, onion, and maybe a bit of rice.
I had some cheese pierogi in the freezer from forever ago, so I put those with the chicken tenders, the garlic parmesan seasoning, chicken bouillon cubes, and a jar of bertolli Alfredo sauce.
I used another jar of the same sauce with 1 package of cut up smoked sausage, some sauerkraut, and some potato pierogi.
I used chicken thighs, smoked sausage, a bag of frozen steamable quinoa, okra, bag of bell pepper and onion blend, a can of Rotel, chicken bouillon, and creole seasoning to make gumbo. Needs to have water added to that one.
I used the chicken cutlets with a bottle of sweet baby Ray's to make pulled chicken for sandwiches.
I used the other cutlets with some french seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, and beef bouillon plus water to make French dip sandwiches.
I used chicken tenders, bouillon, wild rice, shredded carrots, chickpeas, and I don't remember what seasoning to make chicken wild rice soup.
Oh and I also made apple crisp just to eat while I was making this other stuff. And I boiled eggs and cut and washed celery to put in jars to go with hummus for snacks later.
I got most of the recipes online. It was easier than cooking all day. Just dumped the ingredients in gallon freezer bags. That way the other 2 idiots at my house who can't cook can at least make this stuff. I'm sick of always having to cook as soon as I get home and then the other housework suffers or if I have appointments and get home late there is no dinner.
I mean some of the meals will need bread, tortillas, or maybe rice or salad with them, but that stuff is quick and easy. I just froze the hard part. I have a small deep freeze which I am thankful for.
