Easy Cheeseball

Here is my super simple yummy Cheeseball that I make every year for Halloween!


2 packages original cream cheese


2 packages Buddig beef, finely chopped


Shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 cup finely chopped green onion


2 shakes McCormick Montreal steak seasoning


Just mix everything together and shape into balls. I make 2 balls with this amount. One goes in the fridge, the other on the party tray with crackers etc. When that one runs out then the other one is fresh and ready to go.


If you like nuts you can also roll the ball in nuts. I don't tho.

buddig beef is the packages of thin sliced meats that hang in the store in square plastic packages.....very thin and usually cheap for a package but then if you ad up to 1lb the number of packages it takes to make that much meat it is too expensive...the packages have just a few oz of meat in them...

I should make a cheese ball the way my mom did with the jar cheese.....and cream cheese.....she rolled in nuts too...

It's perfect for cheeseballs or chipped beef gravy tho. It's less than a dollar per package. And they have store brand even cheaper. Around holidays it goes on sale too.
I suppose you could use cheap ham instead but then your balls would taste like ham. Too much like breakfast for me.
If you really wanna be ghetto you could use bologna lol. That stuff turns my stomach, I hate bologna. It's cheap tho and some people love it.

I bet she would be proud of you if you made her Cheeseball. I know there are alot of party recipes using the stuff in jars. They have cheeses, meat, pimento spread, some kind of pineapple stuff. I've never tried them. I only make stuff like this at Halloween with my candy and fall goodies. At Christmas I sometimes make cookies and mom makes fudge.
I have a party to go to tomorrow. That's what reminded me of the Cheeseball.
