dinner tonight was inspired by a greedy ass friend that I've been considering blocking but I love him, we decided spaghetti with turkey meatballs and shrimp,, OMG so sauteed green&red peppers and onions in butter , mixed 1egg Mrs Dash seasalt and some of the sauteed peppers and onion mix into my ground turkey mixed well and rolled into balls placing them in to the sauteed mixture covered until done yet tender, o removed the meatballs added pressure seasoned spaghetti sauce ( I added sugar, Mrs Dash and butter) mixed sauce to sauteed mixture in the pan let it bubble on low/medium heat placed the meatballs back simmering 8mins then added baby shrimp and covered for a few minutes until shrimp were tender and pink,, after cooking spaghetti I drained it seasoned it and added butter no salt in the spaghetti,  making a plate spaghetti first then spoon over the turkey meatballs and shrimp  mixture over the spaghetti,
