check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Hope the dog days of summer aren't getting you down!

I had sauteed chicken, brown rice, corn with diced red and green peppers
I fixed a something my father would sometimes fix. Cream gravy, add Velveeta cheese, add solid albacore tuna (to have chunks), and peas, then serve over rice. Also works well over toast.
I also baked a whole chicken yesterday, basted with margarine and a salt I bought that is seasoned with herbs de provence, which is French. Tarragon is a big part of French cooking.
I also made some organic wild rice I found from Lundberg. I have recently noticed this brand in all my local groceries. I really like their rice cakes too, they are crispy.
We also had corn on the cob with dinner, and tea of course.
