Looks beautiful!! My dessert lately has been the Noo Moo (dairy free) chocolate ice cream. I've managed to cut it back to a couple of times a week. Small servings since I don't like a lot of sugar. It's so creamy. Some sliced strawberry and chopped walnuts on the top, A little bit of fiber helps with the sugar. We don't eat a lot of ice cream lately since we're trying to keep cholesterol down. I've read that ice cream is the worst offender.
