Has anyone else noticed that with all this time away from work, cooking skills have improved? I've been making some killer dishes lately with chicken. I even made a wonderful lasagna, something I never made before.
I used to come home exhausted and stressed out and not even want to cook. Now I can plan for dinner properly. I still don't always want to cook, but no one else can, so I might as well enjoy myself.

If you only know one thing about me, it should be _____________________.

Won't eat other things. I'm limited in what I can make for dinner.
But being home does help with work stress and having more
energy at the end of the day.
Generally, I don't really enjoy cooking just for me, but with all the extra time, and having to be creative with whatever I can find at the store, I am starting to have a little more fun.
However I always enjoyed cooking and food. I watched cooking shows and took cooking classes at school. I teach other people how to cook and bake. And often cook and bake with my 8 year old niece. I enjoy the culinary art aspect of cooking and baking also I enjoy presenting food and making it look beautiful like art!
I am retired so I am home all the time but recently having my family home with me is making me cook and bake more for them. Enjoy more of a sense of togetherness than we usually have because we have to stay home with the whole corona virus pandemic.
I am cooking and baking more than I usually do. You know cooking is something that will improve the more time you spend doing it. The most important ingredient really is love. When you put love into what you are making it really does come out so much! better! It doesn't matter what you are making it comes out better when you make it with love.
