We have Xmas dinner on Christmas around lunch time. I'm not having as many people over so I thought I would try to make things easy on myself. But then after I bought groceries my mom said she doesn't like ham anymore and that everything sounds gross but dessert. My husband just wants alcohol, and my brother is vegetarian.

Idk why they can't just be grateful. I would love for someone to cook for me.

But to try to appease everyone I went back to the store Sunday and got a big box of catfish and some breading. Even my vegetarian brother will eat that. Can't go wrong with fried catfish in a redneck family. And I plan to cook as much as possible the day before so I don't have to do much the day of.
