Anyone else on quarantine baking to stay occupied?

Today I made cookies. One recipe was jumbo banana cookies. I had some old bananas to use up. But the recipe turned out like scones. Will be good with coffee in the morning and maybe some butter.

I also made some chocolate cookies with miniature chocolate chips and walnuts. It didn't make a big batch but tasted like brownies.

Then I tweaked a recipe for cranberry cookies. They turned out the best. I used Crisco shortening instead of butter. Coconut oil would have worked too. And I used sour cream instead of milk. The original recipe called for fresh cranberries but I used dry. I also added white chocolate chips and almond flour. I wrote down my version so I can make them again.

I think next week I will make regular chocolate chip cookies, maybe smore's cookies, and snickerdoodles.
