Goldsky,in the past I had a lot of anxiety and I think all that anxiety caused me chronic health problems .I still have the health issues but God has given me HIS peace because I chose to focus on HIM more .Reading the Bible brings me so much comfort . There were times , in the past,when I use to force myself to read THE WORD but now I look forward to it.
With patience and perseverance my anxiety decreased by 90% .
I'd like to share my prayer for you :
Almighty Father,
Bless Goldsky with your gift of peace for her mind and heart. This peace is a supernatural peace that one cannot comprehend. Let her lie down tonight and sleep for 8 consecutive hours.. I know that you, dear Lord, will keep her safe. Take away her fear because you are always with her.
Holy Spirit, fill Goldsky to the depths with a heavenly calm. Flood her soul with your presence. Let her rest in knowing that you, God, are here and in control. No danger can touch her. There's nowhere she can go that you are not there already. Teach her how to trust in you completely. Father, keep her daily in your perfect peace.
