Hi everyone let me start off by thanking everyone in this group for there welcoming towards me even though I am still young. I have a question so with everything going on does anyone else think that the end may be near? I know alot of people talk about this and are mostly wrong but if you read the bible alot of the stuff we see fits. Just woundering. Thanks again!

I do believe we are in the end times, as do a lot of other Christians. Near is a relative term though. Near could be next month, or 100 years from now. We know it is getting close, but we don't know how close. I don't know if that answers your question or not.

We are so near the end, Jesus is STANDING, just waiting for God to give the nod."

Yes, yes, I believe many of the signs in scripture have been fulfilled.

But (and I can't find the scripture) Paul said we need to work as if his coming were today. Because, not even the angels of heaven know the day or hour.

"No One Knows the Day or Hour
32 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

Yes the time is getting nearer to Jesus coming back. And scripture is being played out as prophisied in the Bible. Just as Mary and healthseeker says, it could be today or in the next 100 years. We all need to be doing His work now by spreading the good news of the Gospel, bringing lost loved ones to salvation and helping/serving others for Christ.

Matthew 24:44 - Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect

John 14: 1-3 - Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Luke 21: 34-36 - But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap. For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole earth. But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man

Yes, Annabella.,I believe if we read the books of Daniel and Revelation, the state of world affairs among other things indicate we're living in the last days before Jesus returns.
