THEN ADD A PINT OF HEAVY CREAM, A DASH OF LEMON JUICE, A BIGGER DASH OF WINE, SALT AND PEPPER, AND GARLIC FOR TASTE ... AND THEN THE FINAL STEP, MAKE A RUE WITH COLD WATER AND FLOUR, JUST MAKE A CUP FULL ADD TO CHICKEN AND LET IT COOK DOWN SOME ... E-N-J-O-Y !!

lamb chops and apples taste SO good! you are missing out big time, friend! there is something in green apples that bring out the lamb flavor to taste sweet. Mmmm!! another thing that tastes great with it is sweet corn or sweet corn bread.

THANKS!
anything with avacado,
I even have avacado on toast.
Nicest thing i have, is juice ,(need electric juicer to make this!)
I juice, up 4 apples, spinach, or broccoli, carrot, and lime.
Then put it in blender with lots of ice, frozen berrys and avacado, and bit of cold water.
Its tastes lovely and ALL kids given it to so far, drink it,
not knowing it has lots of veggies in it, and is good for them!
My kids would never eat spinach, but drink this daily ,and dont mind, they cant taste the spinach.
