Okay this is very personal but I for the first time in my life am having this problem. After sex I notice I am bleeding... Is this okay? I mean what can I do to make it not happen? Anyone else ever have this problem and did it ever stop?

it might be pertinent to speak to your gyno about this if it is not something that can easily be solved by extra lubrication, for instance.

is it a lot of blood or just a few spots? how long does the bleeding last? Do you have any pain with the bleeding also?

its just spotting and theres no pain. Its really light and lasts off and on for a little bit but by the morning it is all gone.

my guess is its just from sex...ya know all the friciton going on?? but its worth asking the dr about...

I have that every great once in a while. I just chalked it up to age and hormones. I have been using a hormone cream as I'm pretty dry there and it has helped me alot.
