Finally...Finally...The Doctor has admitted there is a problem in my back.....Yay...Darn....Yay....Darn.....Yay, I am not nuts Darn...I was really hoping I was nuts. I have to have a new MRI (if the insurance company deems it neccesary...Doc Wants one....Advises we get one.....Insurance Co says....Maybe we'll see. This explains why I have the neuropathy in my feet. And why my backside doesn't like certain chairs. I don't know what the next step in all of this is.

Well thank God you have some specific information. Not knowing is such a pain.

The fact that the insurance gets to make the final decision is a bit crazy-making - yes? They aren't doctors - I just hate that about insurance companies.

Glad they have decided where your problem is...considering you have been telling them this. lol. I hope they get to the source of the problem and you get some relief very soon. I so agree about the insurance companies. I understand there needs to be monitoring of some of the doctors decisions, but it should be a medical board of doctors...not someone looking at the $ bottom line. Whew!!!!! MRI approved and over with.....Hospital called at 9:45 said it was a go and how soon could I get there...I signed in for "admission" at 9:55....signed all their paperwork at 10:03...Was On my way home at 10:40. Tech wanted to know when I see my Doc next. I told him the 20th of this month. he frowned but said okay. Now once again we wait...
