I had a wonderful time with old friends and new this past weekend! I hope you all had a wonderful time, too. I wish everyone could have come! Thank you so much to EVERYONE here for the love and support I have felt since joining a year ago. You all mean the world to me! Take care, God Bless!

I just want to thank everyone I met this weekend for being so warm loving and welcoming. It was truly like meeting long lost family. I can't wait to see everyone again. I did pretty good only cried about half way home. I had a wonderful healing weekend.

What a great time we had. Good talks, smiles and tears, and we all felt like we belonged somewhere.

It was a fabulous time in Dubuque, Iowa. The time together was healing, helpful, hopeful, and fun. The conversations were deep and with huge understanding that can only come from a place of caring about each other so deeply and the knowing of what it is to walk in this life. I am thankful I could come and I hope to be at the next one whenever, wherever if at all possible.

I had such a great weekend it was wonderful see everyone again and it was so great to meet new friends. Words cannot describe how close I feel to all of you. Twenty two months ago I never thought I would laugh aagain or ever enjoy anything. Iowa, Vegas and all my DS friends have given me hope. In my darkest hours I know I will always have my DS family to pull me through.

So many people asked me why Iowa?????? I would go to the middle of the desert to meet all of you again. I loved meeting those of you that weren`t part of our Vegas experience and it felt wonderful to be reconnected with some of our Vegas group. It is so hard to explain but I feel such a closeness and such comfort just being around all of you. Know I love you all and I thank Shirley and Valerie for making this possible.
