Sending a big Canadian hug your way. Unfortunately these attacks happen when we least expect it both when awake and sleeping. The good news is they will become less painful and frequent. Hating life! I understand that. For many many months I felt the same way. I needed time to grieve but eventually learned how precious time and life is. At this point you need to give yourself permission to cry and grieve as your mind, body and soul needs to. I am truly sorry for the pain you are experiencing. God bless

Yes, I remember getting those horrible moments, as soon as I woke up....it's like reality sets in and you can't face anything...just cry, cry cry....oh! I feel for you....I promise, it will get easier....it's so painful, and it seems like, life will always be like that. It's baby steps, from moment to moment....we are here for you.......Sandra

My prayers are with you. It will get better. I know people say that but it will. I never thought it would ever for me again, but God has begun to do things in my life that can only come from Him. And He will for you to. I had to completely turn loose and let Him do what He needed to do. And I think that's the hardest part is turning loose. But when we do and let Him have it, it allows Him to do remarkable things in our lives. He knows what your gong thru and will show you a way thru it. Jut stay in faith and believe. He will never let you down. Don't allow the enemy's power in your life. He is powerless when dealing with a child of God. And your a child of God. He has you in His hands keeping you safe thru this.
